Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days.

During the registration process at Suncracy you will be required to register or provide your personal address information. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.

A tracking number will be provided upon request. This number will allow you to track your package at all times.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays due to destination customs clearance.

Shipping charges will be added to your order.

If you order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Madeira and Azores, please contact us by email if you want to place an order, so that we can give you information about shipping costs.

Important for non-EU orders (including UK and Switzerland): International shipments outside the European Union might incur additional taxes, duties or customs fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.  Please note that we cannot be responsable forcharges nor delays coused by customs.

In the case you refuse to receive your order because of customs fees, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday. All orders placed before 9 am are prepared and delivered within 48 hours.

Suncracy offers free delivery over 150€ only for full price products. Please note it is not offered during our special promotions, sales, outlet or private sales periods.

Free delivery will be applied to your order at the end of the buying process.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any product ordered from Suncracy website within fifteen (15) days upon reception. 

In order to qualify for a return, the item must be brand new and show no signs of wear. It must also have all of its original tags, packaging, and labels. The original packaging in which products are sold are considered part of the product and must also be returned undamaged and unused. In the event that items are returned without their branded packaging, they will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered, or washed incorrectly (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying items on, please be sure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals.

RETURN PROCESS

• Please follow this steps for orders from Spain and EU (excluding Switzerland and the UK):

1. CONTACTus via your account to let us know of your decision, including the order number, description of the products you wishes to return and the reason.
2. Once confirmed, we will send you a return label (except during sales, outlet or private sales periods when returns are not offered), which you should print and stick on the package, WRAPthe item(s) in their original condition and package it with your order number.
3. If in Europe, your package will be COLLECTED using the return label provided. Please keep a proof of the collection issued by the shipping company. You are done!

• Non-European returns must be shipped back to  our warehouse.

Please note that only first returns are included from Spain and EU. This won’t be available at period of sales, outlet, promotions or private sales. If you wish to return in those cases, you must take care of return shipping cost and any duty costs, if they are applied.

If you would like to choose a different size or color, please return your original purchase and place a new order online.

REFUNDS

We strongly advise that you select a shipping option with a tracking number in order for us to process your return and reimbursement. Suncracy will not compensate for lost parcels during the return process.

Please note that refunds of sale and outlet products are not accepted.

You will receive your refund within the next 30 calendar days from the reception of the product to our warehouse and checking that the items are in the same conditions.

Suncracy reserves the right to inform the user, within 72 hours (Spanish working days) from the order placement, about the unavailability of any item. After informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically rescinded for the article unavailable. The cost of the unavailable article will be deducted from the card user’s account statement and the contract will continue as normal regarding other articles eventually ordered, unless otherwise specified by the user.

Duties and taxes

We are monitoring the negotiations between the European Union and the rest of the world and working on solutions that cause the least disruption to our customers.

The prices shown on our website exclude any Import VAT, Import Duty or Customs Administrative charges. Depending on where your order is being sent, Import taxes and duty charges will vary.

How will this affect you?

Suncracy will continue to trade as normal, processing your orders from our Spain based warehouse. For our European clients, there will be no change to how you receive your Suncracy orders.

What if I am a customer from an NON-EU country?

All orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and so orders shipped outside of the EU will be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This means the customer is responsible for paying, or claiming back, any Import VAT and Import Duty due on receipt of their goods. We advise all customers outside the EU, and particularly within NON-EU countries, to check local customs tax and duties costs before making a purchase, as these must be paid to allow the goods to be released. 

Will I need to pay VAT on my order to an NON-EU country?

After 31st December 2020, depending on your location, you will be charged VAT in addition to Import Duty. All charges will need to be paid before the goods are released and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

If any applicable taxes/duties are not paid, and you (the customer) refuse to accept delivery causing the goods to be returned to us, then you (the customer) will have to pay the courier and any duty costs out of any refund we make to you. 

Can I cancel/amend my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Adding or removing items to your order once it has been placed, is solely at the discretion of SUNCRACY and will likely incur additional cost. 

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated accordingly, however, we kindly ask all customers to track the status of their shipments frequently during this time, using the tracking information provided in your shipment email.

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 6 business days after placing the order (being the usual 24/48 h)
